The program is delivered via a partnership between the British Columbia Professional Fire Fighters Association (“BCPFFA”) and the University of British Columbia’s Blueprint. The BCPFFA administers the program and is currently a user-pay program.
User Fees are currently $1000 per person and can be paid by the employer, Union Association or individual, depending on your city/association's benefit or policies.
